Attribution that sticks
Coupon beats cookie, the last click in the window wins, and a customer is pinned to one partner at the first payment — never re-assigned.
Holds & clawbacks
Commissions mature after the refund window. Partial refunds adjust proportionally; refunds after payout become a debt deducted from the next payout.

PayPal Payouts, Stripe Connect transfers, or USDT/USDC from your own wallet with an export and a transaction-hash record. Money never passes through us.
Fraud review
Self-referrals by e-mail, card or IP, coupon leaks and click spikes put the commission on hold with evidence. A person decides — nothing is silently deleted.

Built for money
The path to a payout is protected three times.
A signature on every incoming event, a human approval with a fresh sign-in, and idempotent sending from an isolated worker. Security tests run first in CI and block any release.
- Append-only ledgerBalances are never stored — they are the sum of ledger entries, in integer cents with the currency on every row. The database rejects updates and deletes.
- Exactly-once eventsStripe webhooks are verified over the raw body, stored under a unique key and processed in a queue. A replayed webhook changes nothing.
- No double payoutsPartner rows are locked during approval and every transfer carries an idempotency key. Tested with parallel approvals on a real Postgres.
- Four-eyes approvalOnly owner or finance roles approve; above your threshold the approver must differ from the creator. Payouts cannot be approved via API or AI agents.
- Tenant isolationEvery query is scoped by the session, and Postgres Row-Level Security is the second barrier. Someone else’s object is always a 404.
- Protected detailsPayout details are AES-GCM encrypted, changes need e-mail confirmation and wait 72 hours. IPs are stored only as keyed hashes.

Example: $20,000 paid out → 1% × $9,000 + 2% × $10,000 = $290. Partners never pay anything. Provider fees (PayPal, Stripe) are charged to you directly, without markup.

Questions, answered.
Does money pass through RefeGo?
No. Payouts are sent from your own PayPal Business, Stripe or crypto wallet through their APIs. We never hold your funds, so there is no custody risk and no markup on provider fees.
Which billing systems are supported?
Stripe out of the box: checkout sessions, subscriptions and invoices, refunds and disputes. Any other billing (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, your own) can report sales, leads and refunds through the REST API with idempotency keys.
How does attribution survive Safari and ad blockers?
Use your own links subdomain (go.yourbrand.com) and the cookie is set server-side on your domain as HttpOnly. Coupons and pinning the customer at the first payment do not depend on cookies at all.
What happens when a customer asks for a refund?
Before the payout the commission is reduced or reversed automatically. After the payout, RefeGo records a clawback: a negative balance that is deducted from the partner’s next payout. Every step is visible in the ledger.
Can I pay partners in USDT or USDC?
Yes. Partners add a wallet address for a specific network (TRC20, ERC20, Polygon, Base, Solana), validated before saving. You export the batch, pay from your wallet and record the transaction hash.
Is there a free plan?
RefeGo is free while you pay out up to $1,000 a month — with every feature. Above that, the minimum is $29 and the fee grows with your payouts: 1% up to $10,000 and 2% above.
